David Mirkin to adapt the memoirs of Richard Branson's

David Mirkin ("The Simpsons Movie") has been exploited for writing and directing the film adaptation of memoirs of Richard Branson's "Losing My Virginity."

Steven Paul ("Ghost Rider"), which has acquired the rights from Branson, is producing through film output.

Will produce even Mirkin.

Branson has already partnered with interviews for the biopic. autobiography, published in 1998 and updated in 2005, focuses on fable of rags-to-riches Branson's how an entrepreneur with roots in the music business, as well as his love for the death-defying stunts, including horse across the Atlantic Ocean in hot air balloons.

Branson's Fortune was estimated last year to 3.9 billion dollars by Forbes. recently launched Virgin product like a movie and TV development, packaging and production company, with a joint venture with relativity media by Ryan Annie through his label Rogue to develop, manufacture and market the film.

Mirkin co-author of "The Simpsons Movie" and directed "Heartbreakers" and "Romy and Michele's High School Reunion."He was a writer-producer on the TV SHOW "The Simpsons" in the last 17 years.
