Warner Bros has snapped action comedy spec "family getaway" from the Scripting team tyro Jeremiah Friedman and Nick Palmer.Project is configured with Mosaic Media Group.
Story focused on a killer which Thanksgiving dinner with his family is interrupted by rival assassins, which lead to him taking the family on a pursuit cross-country car.
Spec came out this week and has been described as a combination of elements of "Little Miss Sunshine" and the films of Jason Bourne.
