Upcoming Contract negotiations between unions of performer and congloms showbiz will take place under a news blackout.The announcement was made on Friday morning by Screen Actors Guild, the American Federation of television and radio artists and the Alliance of motion picture and television producers.
Not processing education but was common to the unions of Hollywood to opt for a blackout during negotiations, in recent years--with the exception of the Writers Guild of America, who provided extensive communication on negotiations to before and during his strike 2007-08.
SAG, AFTRA and the AMPTP are set to start talks on a new master agreement that covers the work of functionality and primetime Monday at the Sherman Oaks AMPTP. SAG negotiated a period of seven weeks for these talks as part of his current deal, placing it in front of the Directors Guild of America in the current round.
Talks of the ADI are set to start in mid-November. all contracts SAG, AFTRA, DGA, expires on 30 June.
WGA is not yet set a date for negotiations. his contract expires on 1 May.
